Preparing and safety notes
To get the best result, arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products the day before your appointment. Refrain from using mascara or eyelash curlers for at least 24 hours beforehand so the adhesive can bond properly. If you wear contact lenses, let your technician know — you may remove them during application if that is more comfortable.
If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, inform us during booking and at check-in so we can use sensitive formulas where appropriate.
